AutoStore OpenForms360v8 Invoice Processing Example

All organisations have to deal with invoices, this video shows how the process of dealing with invoices can be enhanced and made more productive with the use of AutoStore and OpenForms360v8.  The process in this example is a customer who scans invoices which may or may not have a purchase order.  If they have a purchase order then they have to be matched against that PO in the system.  Information is extracted from the invoices, including the line items and passed to back end systems and the invoice digital document is stored in Sharepoint fully indexed.
