This video walks through the installation process of ControlSuite version 1.4 FixPack 2 onto a single vanilla Windows Server for print management purposes. It shows all the steps required including:
- Installing SQL Express
- Running through Install Assistant, the ControlSuite components required and installing the prerequisites
- Running through the sections in Configuration Assist including database setups, Security Framework creation and licensing
- Adding a Print-to-Me queue and confirming the system is functioning
The purpose of the video is to show that installing ControlSuite should not be a task to be feared and that it can be achieved in a timely manner.
