The demonstration walks through the steps to create AI Agents using TotalAgility. The demonstration uses a logistics scenario for shipping dangerous goods, showing:
- Creating a Retrieval Agent (for Retrieval Augmented Generation or RAG)
- Using the Retrieval Agent via a chat interface to find information that previously would have required manual search
- Calling the Retrieval Agent from Microsoft Teams
- Creating a Task Agent to further automate the dangerous goods handling workflow, where there is a managing agent calling worker agents to complete different tasks and then evaluating the responses before taking a decision
- Controlling how Agents execute using process guardrails
