Kofax Power PDF has many useful features for creating and working with PDF's. One of the features is the ability to Simply add annotations to documents to help direct users of the PDF to perform various workflow actions.

This short video shows how to firstly create your own "Received" stamp, then add a dynamic username and date/time to the stamp. Every time the stamp is used to annotate a PDF, the logged in user name will appear in the stamp as well as the date/time.

In addition, we show some "hidden" stamps that are available for you to modify  in the Stamps panel.

The Stamp feature can be useful where documents need to be approved, rejected or marked when they were received and who received them for purposes used in your document processing.

Attached is a text file with the two Java Script's which where used in the creation of these stamps.
