In order for the Ricoh PCC5 Equitrac embedded client to achieve SIngle Sign On (SSO) with eCopy ShareScan there are numerous settings on both the Equitrac & ShareScan server that need configuring. In this video we walk through the setup & also show it in action on a Ricoh device.
Please note that in order to set this configuration up successfully you need an "External Data" license within Equitrac & the "Cost Recovery" service in eCopy ShareScan.
